In every county DigitalBridge has analyzed so far, lower-income households go without a home Internet subscription at far higher rates than the state average — a gap that limits access to jobs, education, healthcare, and civic participation for the people who can least afford to be left offline.
Help already exists, but it's scattered: public libraries offer free computers and Wi-Fi, and nonprofits across the state work on digital literacy, device donation, and broadband advocacy. DigitalBridge connects the three so a visitor can go from "this county has a bad gap" to "here's a library with free computers nearby" to "here's an organization I can volunteer with or donate to" — all through direct links between pages.
